The Unit
Esperanza Community Cabins are unlike any other temporary housing structure:
-
Units arrive to each village as a flat package, fully assembled, only requiring a crane to lift the roof. Once the crane is hooked onto the roof, the four walls of the unit are up in minutes.
-
Each unit is rectangular, measures 8x20ft and is split in half, creating two 8x10ft cabins. Each 8x10ft cabin can house an individual.
-
If the City would like to allow the maximum number of units per village, they can be stacked three units high. Each unit comes with stairs.
-
The units are extremely durable, fully insulated and weatherized to withstand the elements. Each comes with heating, power, and air conditioning.
-
The units can be connected to utilities very quickly.
-
Their exteriors can also be painted for personalization.
