• We have decades of experience building in Los Angeles, so we are very familiar with what it takes to transport these units from the Port of Los Angeles to wherever the City would like to create a village.

• We are a Los Angeles-based company with a Los Angeles-based crew.

  • We do everything in-house, so we do not subcontract out work. 

​

• Our team of highly-trained local specialists are deeply familiar with the dimensions of the units, can quickly set up the unit's heat/light/power connections, and are prepared to assemble the units at a moment's notice.

The Villages

​

• Our team can begin construction on the community area facilities to include resources and wraparound services within each village, like: bathrooms and showers, medical clinics, a commercial kitchen, separate eating areas for families and single adults, social service facilities to serve the needs of the community, separate recreation areas for children and adults, pet areas, etc.

​

• Each village and its ancillary services will vary based on the location, communities served, and the available space.

​

• The first community with at least 1,000 cabins can be completed and occupied within 120 days of contract signing and commitment of funds.

​

• We are also committed to hiring people from the communities where each village is being built, specifically individuals who were previously unhoused. This will provide dozens of employment opportunities for members of each community.
